Dead Pixel

I have one dead pixel. It's really beginning to annoy me. Anyone know how to get rid of it? I tried the massaging method.

I don't think you can get rid of a dead pixel... only a stuck one.

Are you sure it's a dead pixel? If it's dead it's black,If it's stuck it a colour.

It's not black. It's green.

its also white for a dead pixel.
For stuck, it would be red, blue, or green.

a dead pixel is a dead pixel, theres no way to bring it back. I think thats one con of the LCD.

EDIT - if its a stuck pixel, you would have to get a video that flashes Red, Blue, and Green.

find it on the net, and put it on for a couple hours or so. It depends on the pixel, sometimes it will take a minute, and sometimes it could take forever.

Check your LCD's warranty maybe you can get a new one?

no they wont.
Best Buy gave a disc that shows this video to everybody that bought an LCD tv and had a stuck pixel.
I had a couple on my old PSP, played this video on my PSP, and it went a way. I just left the video on overnight.

Pretty much play the video on the place where the stuck pixel is at or the whole screen if you want.
