is this enough watts for my pc?

k i was just wondering if my power supply unit can handle all of my parts.

2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM

DVD±R DVD Burner with LightScribe
Creative Sound Blaster SB0570 Audigy SE 7.1
ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler
i also have i think 2 in case fans right now.
i dont intend to make any upgrades, and if i do i will buy a better psu, but for now i just want these specs to work.
and this is the power supply is have right now
RAIDMAX RX-420K 420W ATX12V

I would have to say no. It has a single 12v rail with only 13Amps. that wont be enough to power your 9800GT

i would probably get a 550W+ quality PSU.
