for PSUs, look for Antec, OCZ, Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, Silverstone, FSP.
And theres a couple more, but i dont remember.

EDIT - My system only needed 300W BTW.
Google extreme PSU Calculator, and select the parts you want, and it will tell you how many Watts you need.

Just make sure to get the Gigabyte board, combo deal PSU & GPU

...and when you're building, don't forget the motherboard standoffs (they're small gold screws)

that build looks pretty cool, the only problem is one guy on this forum will tell you to buy a different psu then some other guy will tell you to buy a different one, i'd buy the build you have made now, but take their advice, they know what their talking about
