Once again i come back for help...

actually what you do is.

1. Uninstall the Drivers
2. Restart the Computer
3. Boot into Safe Mode
4. Load up Driver Sweeper, and clear the remaining Driver Files
5. Restart the Computer
6. Load up Windows Normally
7. Install the preferred Drivers

Thats the best way to remove old drivers and install the new one.
EXACTLY.
 
Well even for being the perfect way to do it. It didn't help. Any other ideas? I'm going to try Ubuntu and see if it does the same, if so i guess ihave a bad card. :(
