Really, REALLY weird startup problem.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I restart my computer. I get these files on my desktop. I delete them and they come back the next time. This is getting really annoying. What is happening here?

I run like Panda AntiVirus. I remember my friend had a virus and put a bunch of porn Icons everwhere. When you delete them, they came right back lol. Untill I installed Panda.

Its hard to tell what all that is. Maybe a program you installed automactically puts that on there because it needs thoughs to run?

I'm puzzled on this...

or goto mycomputer, click c drive, click windows, find a folder called Prefetch and delete everything in this folder.

now download ccleaner on google and clean your pc out, seems you got some bad files laying around.

I had that problem about 2 years ago and I can't remember the solution. All I know is that I just extracted a bunch of files in WinRAR and I deleted them, after a reboot they were still there but they brought friends along (5-15 copies of themselves) and my desktop was filled..they went of the screen!)
It took me a couple reboots but I forgot the solution...try to look on Google and I'll see if I can remember...

That's exactly what is happening to me! I'll try some of the solutions from above.

I finally figured it out! I extracted a .zip file to the desktop. This contains hundreds upon hundreds. Too many to be shown on the desktop at once. I just went to windows explorer search window and deleted them all.

Ahh yes that's what happened to me..The files were just extracted so many times that there was not enough space on the screen.I remember when I deleted them a new bunch came everytime lol
