Say you have a password on Win XP (I don't). Right after you hit enter to log in and that Welcome screen shows up. It takes 10-15seconds on that. I'll run a defrag right now and see what it comes up with.

Start-up programs:
-SkyTel - don't know what this is
-AvgTray - AVG 8.0 System Tray
-NvClp - no idea what this is
-nwiz - no idea
-jusched - Java Updater
-iTouch - keyboard features
-realsched - Real Player Updater
-Reader_sl - Adobe Reader Updater?
-RivaTuner - S
-RivaTuner - T
-NvMcTray - no idea
-RTHDCPL - no idea
-ALCMTR - no idea
-QTTask - quick time
-Steam - duh
-ctfmon - no idea
-CCleaner - duh
-OneNote.... - I just disabled
