Download it on the current computer. Save it onto a CD, floppy, or flash-drive, then run it from there. If you don't have any of these options, you could try setting up a network, but if you do have a virus that could end up spreading to other computers depending on how bad it is.

If you can't download at all or get that file running at all on the affected computer, probably have to rebuild.

ok and how do i take it from it to the drive and onto the other

Connect a flash-drive, CD, or floppy to the computer you're using right now. Safely remove it. Boot up the old machine. Connect the flash-drive or whatever you used to it. Go to my computer and access it. Then look for the setup file you saved. Move it to the desktop and run it.
