M501-1154 :: Sabrent 8-Channel 7.1 High Performance Surround Sound 3D PCI Sound Card (0.35 lbs)

$14.99
The motherboard has onboard sound, and buying something like that wouldn't get you any better sound quality.
O261-8038 :: OCZ SLI-Ready Dual Channel 4096MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Memory (2x2048MB) (0.6 lbs)

2 for $139.98
Honestly, you don't need 8GB, just get one 2x2GB kit and spend the saved money elsewhere where you could get a bigger gain in performance.
S457-1116 :: Masscool 8WA741 / Socket 775 / Copper Core/Heatpipes / CPU Cooling Fan (1.05 lbs)

$29.99
Like Rohan suggested, go with the Xigmatek HDT-S1283, it's one of the best air coolers on the market and it's only a fraction more expensive, just make sure you get the LGA 775 backplate for it as well.
TC3G-4010 :: Power Up 80mm Case Fan - Sleeve Bearing (1 lbs)

2=$5.96
Ugh, 80mm. 120mm fans move a lot more air and are quieter as you can run them at a lower speed.
P450-9826 :: XFX GeForce 9800 GT Video Card - FREE Call of Duty 4 PC Game, 512MB GDDR3, PCI Express 2.0, (2) Dual Link DVI, HDTV, VGA Support (2.2 lbs)

$134.99
Spend the money saved on the RAM here on a nice HD 4850. I went from an 8800GT (= 9800GT) to a HD 4850 and noticed a nice boost in performance. Only go with the HD 4850 if you play at 1680x1050 or higher though, otherwise it's not worth it.
A455-2808 :: Asus P5N-D Motherboard - NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI, Socket 775, ATX, Audio, PCI Express 2.0, Gigabit LAN, S/PDIF, USB 2.0, Firewire, Serial ATA, RAID (2.75 lbs)

$149.99
If you go with the 4850, you can dump the god awful Nvidia motherboard, P45's pwn 750i's. The ASUS P5Q-E is a great board.
CP2-DUO-Q6600 :: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Processor HH80562PH0568M - 2.40GHz, 8MB Cache, 1066MHz FSB, Kentsfield, Quad-Core, OEM, Socket 775, Processor (0.1 lbs)

$189.99
Do you overclock? If you do and you know what you're doing, go with the Q6600, if not, the E8400 would be faster at stock.
ULT40182 :: Ultra Grid ATX Mid-Tower Case with Clear Side, Front USB, Audio Ports and Ultra LS-Series 600-Watt Power Supply (23.4 lbs)

$99.99
The PSU is one of the most important parts of the system and you don't skimp on it. The OCZ StealthXStream series are decent units and not too expensive. Pair it with a Cooler Master RC-690 case.
