Like Rohan suggested, go with the Xigmatek HDT-S1283, it's one of the best air coolers on the market and it's only a fraction more expensive, just make sure you get the LGA 775 backplate for it as well.

Spend the money saved on the RAM here on a nice HD 4850. I went from an 8800GT (= 9800GT) to a HD 4850 and noticed a nice boost in performance. Only go with the HD 4850 if you play at 1680x1050 or higher though, otherwise it's not worth it.
