Has anyone else had problems with the latest Adobe load.
It's turnes Vista into "the blue screen of death'?
I had to delete it and use an older version..

I'm not so sure about Vista, but XP has been handling it fine.

I had tp update my adobe. It kept saying there was an error. Then would freeze everything.

XP is fine, most likely its a Vista issue....

Also i have problems with countless things on vista... (poor Neverwinter Nights 2) and my adaware scan!!!!!!

Are you refering to Adobe Reader 9 or the full Adobe suite?

No the free one.
I get a pop up that tells me to download the latest version.
The latest version kills me.

My computer crashed again after loading Version 6.
It won't stay up long enough to to delete Adobe.
This is my third deadload of this silly PC.
I use version 6 on my Vista machine.
This computer is stable after refusing to do any upgrades.
I have two computers.

are you sure your problem isn't hardware related?

Have you run any stress tests? Prime95, IntelBurnTest, memtest etc?

What are your temps like?

It seems highly unlikely that several version of software are the cause.
