is there a program that will allow me to monitor if someone is trying to hack into my email box, or my myspace, or any other thing like that...

I don't think so. If set good passwords and you don't reveal them you shouldn't have to worry about it.

well someone got into my myspace and is trying to frame me... i changed both my password and my email address but i was wanting to see if someone would try it again

no you can't do that from you end. but those who manage the servers for myspace and your email provider...could track it. you best bet, if its something very serious, send them an email and i am sure they'll be able to help you out.
