If I get a retail copy of windows xp, original, can I install on many computers or is it one computer per one windows xp program

BTW I have 2 computers that need windows xp

The license only allows for one concurrent installation of Windows XP per license. You might be able to install it on both, but that is illegal, breaks the license agreement, and we can't be held responsible for the actions that Microsoft takes. Vista has really advanced their security measures and may not even allow it to work at all.
 
i think you can keep it underwraps if you update or register your windows.
Unless you got an OEM, then its only for 1 computer. I think for Retail, you can install it on a certain amount of computers, but you are only suppose to install it into one.
OEM is cheaper, but sometimes when you upgrade something, then the key might not work, and you would have to call MS, while with Retail, you wouldnt need to call.
At least thats what i hear.
