acces Yours accounts cpanel, and open file manager.
You can upload Your site with it in a few secunds.

name shoud be default.php or .html

Then You can acces Your uploaded site.
If You plan to edit site source code, I recommend downloading comodo edit, and configureing FTP connection.

Than You can edit Your site just like if it was on Yours local machine.
I use comodo, its pretty cool. It highlights syntax too.

I guess You are trying to view this page on Your local machine.

Bad news, You have no php installed to Yours machine..
Get WAMP, install it, then it will work.

Or.. sign up for a free hosting service, and upload it there. It will work.
