ok i have Windows Xp Professional 32-bit.

i have 4GB of Ram installed (2 x 2GB sticks)

Right now only 3GB is being addressed....is there any way that XP will see ALL 4GB??...or am i out of luck?

how come i read online...aka on google, about some PAE thing??...

what is that??
it says it addresses 4GB...and something about a DEP?...

32bit operating systems can only address 4GB (not directed at you OP) of memory

That includes all system memory, graphics memory, soundcard memory, Random Access Memory etc etc.

PAE will force windows to display 4GB but you will only be able to use the same 3GB of RAM as the rest will be dedicated to other devices
