EDIT - Heres one, i didnt read the reviews though, and it has good OC capabilities, though no as great as the P45, not sure how it compares to the P35 though.

DFI or Gigabyte?

I personally would go with the DFI, no offense Teny.

non taken, i wouldve gone with the DFI too since i had better experiences with DFI than Gigabyte.
DFI was my first board, and Gigabyte was my latest, and it died because it seems like i flashed it wrong, or the dualbios never worked.
I showed the gigabyte because it was more within his budget.

DFI it is. I think I need to work a few extra shifts. My budget was 800 total. Im at about 900+
