Logon screen apps

Hi to all!
i am looking for a way to make a program i made in visul basic 2008 express start up in the logon screen

there is a way that you can hack the registry.

by default explorer.exe is launched, but you can change this so that your program is launched instead.

(I've forgotten exactly how to do this, but I did write instructions on this forum about 3 years ago).
