Building a new computer and wondering if these specs are good:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
OS: Vista? (is there any specific version or anything that i should get?)
Mobo: Asus p45 board
RAM: 4 gb
GFX: ATI HD4850
HDD: 500 GB +
PSU: 600W + (Corsair?)
HSF: Any 120mm (Scythe?)
Case: An ATX full tower?
CD/DVD drive

If you have any suggestions/opinions, feel free to add. Also if i am missing anything, please tell me. Thank you.

Get the 64-bit version if you want all 4GB of RAM to be visible. If you get the 32-bit version then only 3GB will be shown.

PSU: 600W + (Corsair?)
I would go with this. It is manufactured by Channel Well, like the Corsair TX Freestyler recommended, but it is modular and has more PCI-E connectors.
HSF: Any 120mm (Scythe?)
Depends whether you're overclocking or not. If you aren't, the stock cooler will be fine. If you are, get this and this.

+1 for Vista 64 bit.
