Hi everyone,
I'm gonna build a new computer, Ive already selected the parts i would like to use i would like some feedback on the hardware ive chosen

Case: Coolermaster HAF 932/ or maybe an Altech 1200

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad 9550

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS4P

Graphics cards: Radeon HD4870 (1gb version)

Ram Corsair DDR2 PC2-6400 Twinx 2 x 1gb (want 4gb)

Hard disk: 500gb sata

DVD Burner: Pioneer DVR-213LS/ LG GH22NP20

Ive been told by friends that both the Core 2 quad's and the radeon 4870's get pretty hot. Will the Coolermaster HAF 932/ or maybe an Altech 1200 be sufficient to cool the system, or should i have a look at water cooling?? im NOT going to be overclocking.

Thanks everyone, look forward to your feedback

Don't go wet unless you have a lot of money to spend. Air cooling will be just fine on a machine that isn't overclocked.

Are you overclocking? If not, then just the stock coolers will be sufficient.

Go with 2x2GB, it's easier on the north bridge.
