Can anyone help me please? I had some one install a second hard drive on to my XP desktop. Since that time, I'm unable to access any log-in onlline. Ex: online email or any other site that reqiures me to enter a screen name and password. I tired updating my windows but I comntiune to get an error (OX80072EFD). I tired going to my firewall, but I'm unable to open the program and it says "Windows firewall can not be displayed beacuse the associated service is not running. Do you want to start windows firewall/Internet connection sharing (ics) service?". When I click yes, a window displaying " Windows cannot start firewall/Internet connection sharing (ics) services. Please advise!
