Yea, Cabbs is right. Games often don't load the CPU up to a 100%. Usally its around 60-80%. Download Prime95 and load up the CPU and leave it for about 10-30 minutes.

Also, does the same concept go for AMD CPU's as well? I'm thinking with Hyper transport its much simpler. No?

I think with AMD it's more complicated. I have no idea how the hyper-transport works. I think it limits the highest FSB you can have assuming you have no limit temperature wise. It's more complicated for me because I don't know. I know that because hyper-transport is higher frequency, it doesn't bottleneck your RAM as much.

What FSB settings would I use on a 3.0Ghz overclock? Sorry for all of my questions.
