Well it came back I have been getting the message again. Now what do I do?

you have tried the obvious things like freeing hdd space, closing programs when not needed, running defrags and registry checks, etc?
that does help a lot, but apart from that the guys have it covered ^

Right click/go to properties..Tell us: What is the "used space" and the "free space"?

Also something in your start up may be an issue...Let's find the used/free space first.

Start> control panel> system> advanced tab> under performance click on "settings"> advanced tab> under virtual memory click "change"> make sure it's set to automatically manage paging file.
