So I keep getting a BSOD, I finally clicked "solve this problem" that window Vista provides. And I got this message

Problem caused by Realtek 8101/8168/8169 PCI/PCIe Adapter Driver (RTLH86.SYS)

This problem was caused by Realtek 8101/8168/8169 PCI/PCIe Adapter Driver (RTLH86.SYS), which was created by Realtek Semiconductor Corp.. Currently, there is no solution for the problem that you reported.

Is this your network card driver? I would try to boot into safe mode and uninstall the hardware. Then get the latest drivers and reinstall them.
 
can you get into safe mode? Or at least boot up and run long enough to uninstall that hardware in the device manager?
