write on PDF?

i got a pdf page that looks like MS Excel format, and i wondering how i am able to type inside the boxes without transferring all the info (by copy/paste) to excel or onto paint.

not unless you have Adobes pdf program
but you might be able to use paint
it just wont look like it belongs in there at all
ive never tried
