Two Hds

I have one hd on my computer right now. It is about to be full and i was just wondering if anyone had like a general guide for using two hds. like do i need windows XP on both or just on one?

Sounds as if you could benefit from an external usb drive.
They require no setup and you can move the data that is filling your old drive to the new drive.

Unless it's IDE, I think it's a matter of plug and play.
