needing computer build

This is the 5400+ Black Edition: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103289
It has an unlocked multiplier. In other words, you don't have to raise the HT clock to OC the CPU, just raise the multiplier. The Brisbanes overclock very well.

Also, Nvidia's AMD boards are outdated and outclassed by AMD's own offerings, I would go with a 780G: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813154016

If you can afford it, I think it would be worth paying the extra for the HD 4850: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814261027

It's better for overclocking.

very very true. i love mine. got it at 3.3 at 3.6 volts to the processor.

and with a biostar board the hybrid sli one. it is all in the sig. and you can add a 8800 to it and have sli. around 650 no case

omg joga you have like all my parts i have that same cooler.

I don't personally own the Xigmatek HDT. I took Rooster's advice and tried the one I have (sig). Haven't tried OCing yet. Don't wanna void the warranty and I don't need the extra power right now.
