Whats a good software for zooming in on pics

ok im looking for something to zoom in on pics with without having it all choppy.... any suggestions... and im using MS-XP OS

Well It's not necessesarily the program you are using,it all depends on the image's resolution.

well the resolution isnt to great and id like to zoom in on a certain part of the picture

Ok,Well Paint will do that,so will the default windows picture viewer.

If you want to zoom and crop,Paint.net would be your best bet.

but will they enhance the picture to where its not all pixelated

Im not too sure sorry,i dont know of any programs that can do that (Photoshop maybe)?

yeah photoshop wont do it ive been trying on there for a while... but thanks though man

not possible man. um my graphics art teacher had an example of it but i cant remember it right now um. well to put it simply you can shrink a picture and keep the quality but making it larger would lose quality

heres a quik example i did, as u can tell the original and smaller still look really nice but the larger is starting too look bad, when u zoom in and out its the same concept

sorry,but that programs turn a 100x100 little pitcure to fit onto a 1080p tv are scrictly for the movies

There are programs that will do that but you better have some real deep pockets. The CIA, FBI, and other nefarious agencies have that sort of software.
