EVERYTHING IS WEIRD (Font-Wise)

Well yesterday EVERYTHING was in a small Times New Roman font, so I took all the fonts from my other Vista laptop and installed them and most are good, BUT, some programs and a lot of websites look different like this:

Any ideas?

lol it isn't that because it does the same thing in many programs like Trillian, MMJB, and others.

I fixed it though, I downloaded the 'Microsoft Core Fonts' and got them on, restarted, and they worked. It's weird how it wasn't fixed the first time I tried it.
