Need a free mp4 to WMV

ok...so im makin a movie for a skool project, and part of this includes some youtube videos that i have downloaded, but ther in mp4 format.

now, as u may know, windows movie maker dosent like mp4 files.

so im lookin for a free mp4 to wmv program, and please dont say SUPER, cause i tried it, and got a blue screen mem. error
