Best hard drive manufacturer?

What do you think is the best hard disk drive manufacturer?

I help run a data recovery company so we see hundreds of hard drives. I thought it would be interesting to see which hard drives people think is the best?

I have listed lots of manufacturers, so that even the older manufacturers are listed.

Seagate and western digital are the best in my books,samsung's i would say are the worst LOL.

I've owned Seagate. Western Digital, Maxtor, and Connor drives that ran flawlessly. I've ran a couple of Hitachi drives that I'm not to impressed with. They seem to run hot.

I would still say Seagate is the top dog in my books. I am curious to see which one is the worst, and if being a more popular brand has anything to do with it.

Western Digital, also Seagate for me.

Seagate has been by far the best for me.

I've had 2 Western Digital drives die before in less than a year.
