its 2 out of 4 but this has happened before its weird sometimes they go out like 2 out of 4 of them then they all decide to start working weird!

move the cable around abit and it sounds like its got a bad connection on it.

i took the deck out today and their was a fuse in the back off it so i unplugged ti and plugged it back in and i also hit the reset button put it all back in but still only one half oy my dumbo car still has audio....probably my speakers

Yep. If they have the "i" nomenclature it means standard drivetrain which would be RWD and "xi" usually stands for xDrive which is BMW's AWD system.

huh i was under the impression "i" indicated fuel injection
and so only "x" was needed to indicate their awd system
and if it dosent have an x then its just a standard rwd system
because i see things like a
bmw 330XD which is 330 awd with diesel
and so i think 330Xi is 330 awd fuel injection

You're right, the i stands for fuel injection, and x is AWD.

So a 335xi would be an AWD fuel injected beamer.

Yeah. It can also change depending on the fuel delivery. Of course in the US we don't have any diesel Bimmers yet.
