it shouldnt matter if you "aquire" a copy of the vista version u have a license for just good luck finding it

You should be able to use your CD key with any Vista installation disc.

i found a copy of Home Premium OEM that doesnt contain any key or activation crap.
Is it possible to slipstream the key into the Vista disc so i dont have to look under my laptop all the time?

All you do is enter the key when it asks you for it.
