Awful Harddrive Results

Hi guys.
I was fiddling with PC Wizard 2008 today and decided to benchmark my hard-drive. It's a Seagate SATA2 320GB with 161GB free space. I recently defragged it.

Well, I got these results:

The results on the left are the standard results of a SATA-150 200GB Hard-drive, with same filesystem and operating system. The results on the right is my hard-drive. Why is my hard-drive performing so badly? During the benchmark I only had windows live messenger open, and a few system tray processes that aren't significant.

Is this normal? Thanks!

If your system is running smoothly, I wouldn't worry about. I never put much stock in those benchmark tests as I don't know how accurate they are.

It's running relatively smoothly, but often I get bad cursor lags - I can't really tell because I've nothing to compare.
