I'm fine with my nice $10 MS optical mouse. I wouldn't even think of spending more than $20 on a mouse in general, and I wouldn't invest in a wireless mouse at all unless I had a beneficial use for it (such as actually needing the wireless feature...)

I've had wireless mice before...

I just loose them...

wires are a wonderful thing, they keep the mouse tied to my computer!

It could accidentally fall into your trash can before you take the trash out. That's sorta happened to me before (not with a mouse) but with some headphones.

lol anyways, I'm sure this is mostly an unnecessary build up of hype over a mediocre product.
