I highly recommend you buy a separate power supply. The ones that come with the cases are not always trustworthy. Look at some Antecs and OCZs. They're good quality.
 
All that's up there it's pretty much what I can afford right now =(
However, I plan on upgrading stuff as time goes by, and the power supply will be one of them, but would this one be fine and work (railings, etc) with my video card? Thanks.
 
No specifications are given on the PSU, I wouldn't expect much though.

I think it's very important to have a reliable power supply, you could say it's the most important part of a system, as it is responsible for delivering stable and constant voltages to all your precious new parts.

I suggest you go for a cheaper case without a PSU and get something reliable seperately:
