fix a broken 360

long story short my friend is a retard
gave me his broken 360 (no warranty) so im going to fix and mod it
ive been youtubing all night
what i figure ill do is remove the X clamps and go for rubber washers
and then get some little ram heat sinks and throw them on
and besides that i might mod the case when i get it working
but any way just wanted some input if you guys had any suggestions

idk if you don't buyy it im not sure, i know microsoft will send you a box to repair and resend it to them for free but i think you have to own it man probably.
