Java wont load

I've been working on my dads desktop. Had alot of problems. So i reformatted it. Got everything installed, and it was running fine for a few weeks.

Now, When my dad and his wife go to Pogo.com and try to play games, it comes up and says "Java runtime enviroment cannot load" Then theres another that says something like "Java has encounted to many processes."


So i tried removing and then reinstalling java. Still didnt work. Scanned for viruses and spyware.

Any suggestions?

are you having any problems on any other sites that use java? if not, maybe it's just that site that has the problems on their end.

I havent noticed. I guess maybe I could have him try a different game site.
As far as any other website, it works just fine. Just has issues when he clicks the play now button.

can maybe also try a different browser...if using firefox, try internet explorer, or vise versa.
