Windows Xp Wireless?!

ok so i had vista in my laptop and it was kinda old and slow, cause i had a lot of junk on there, so i decided to wipe it all and install Xp Pro, cause i think its faster and i just like it better than vista so i install the os and when its done i try and turn on my wireless but i cant find a way so i was wondering if it's because im missing a driver or something else is wrong.

Hp Dv6000 is my laptop
