If you're trying to connect via wireless with laptop #2 and the info you posted is correct, I would check to see if the wireless adapter is either disabled in device manager or if there is a manual switch somewhere on your laptop #2 that has it turned off.

BTW ... you don't actually show the wireless connection info, just your ethernet - hardwire connection, which shows its not physically connected.

btw, the ipconfig info it just for your internal network. no one can use it to hack you. the numbers just depend on what router you have
