Asus eee

nLite is a program that will basically take out the unneeded features of the OS for you so it doesn't waste resources. Particularly useful when you're on a slower PC like the EEE where every bit of power is very valuable.

can the Eee have itunes (or other music players) on, and mozilla (with one or two tabs) on the same time without lag?

depending on what you have openn in the firefox tabs but i really wouldnt reccomend it its not built for multitasking and only has a small ammount of ram by todays standards ,

i decided to tell my mom that i dont want it anymore.

Yes. But it really sounds like the EEE isn't right for your needs. It's a great device, but only in the right application. You can't be expecting it to run new games or anything.

*On that note though, it runs Starcraft great! I'm always playing SC on it when I go on long trips.
