runtime error

In Internet Explorer go to Tools / Internet Options / Advanced.

Uncheck Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer).
Uncheck Disable Script Debugging (Other ).

The website is causing a javascript error, by disabling the script debugging you should not get the error

Hi - I'm new here and trying to figure out why I get the Java Runtime Error.

I followed your steps above and now I'm getting the following message when I click on a virtual tour video:
"Several Java Virtual machines Running in the same proces caused an error"

I'm using Windows Explorer 7 and there is a "Sun Java Console" option in the Tools drop menu (I'm mentioning that because I was looking at Java stuff when I was trying to figure the problem out - I'm not "computer-litterate" but I can get around on them okay usually).


Thoughts?
