Slightly off-topic, but can you perhaps PM me about how you got the 5600+ to 3GHz? I have one lying around that I might use in a gaming rig for my brother...

As for benchmarks, you could use 3DMark and pay attention to the CPU tests, or Everest as has been suggested. I've used Geekbench a few times and like the way it displays results and what it tests, so I will definitely agree with the suggestions for that particular bit of kit.

Thats because you've got to buy the full version for 64 bit support.

What graphics card have you got in it?

what are your temps for stock

1st, i realise that now but im not gonna pay for that software when its a friends build.

2. only some 7300 @ the moment as the build who its for is puttin in aa 8600 or a 8800 later on.

3. my temps after 30 mins on prime 95 on four cores was 52'C

@ first i had oads of problems with it hittting 59'C after 20 seconds but then i reseated it and it was ok
