What video card?

im looking for a video card and i kinda wanted the 4870 or x2 but im only going to be running at 1024x768 but i want a card that can handle all the games with atleast like 60 fps on games at that resolution. ATI cards only haha

I think an 8800GT would be more than enough for 1024x768. Especially when they come as low as $120: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133241

I still did fine in 90% of games with my 8800GT at 1920x1440.

Save your money and put it towards a new panel.

cod4, AA3.0, and a couple other fps games o yeah and probaly madden 09 if it comes out for computer

I run COD4 with everything maxed out at a 1280x1024 res and never drop below 60fps even with fraps running and taking screen shots...

no more than the suggested ATI and as far as nvidia get a 8800 gt there cheap now or for a 9 series you can get a 9600 gt for cheap.
