I don't think it would be very good at all. It would quickly heat up plus if you take pieces out they'll be super sticky.

There's no real benefit of it as mineral oil costs a bunch I think I heard, and it doesn't keep it cool anyway. It's just cool to say, "I have a submerged computer." That's about the use of it...
