The camera didn't come with any instructions on how to take video off the camera?

First of all, calm down and quit yelling at us, or no one is going to help you.

Now, what exactly are you trying, and what exactly are you getting? What it sounds like is you can see the files, but they're in a format you don't know how to use? Is that correct?

I just don't know how to do it because I don't know how to, but i tried (and failed) to do it with movie maker.



And no, didn't come with instructions...

lots of the post online said wmm is the only way it worked and ive been looking forever just fool around with it and see if you can get it to pull from it.
