And by right one what do you refer to? Speex and GSM, on teamspeak, sound like crap, where the same codecs on ventrilo sound great.

It's not that hard, I have it running on the computer next to me. It's the free version, so it's only 8 person.

exactly, nobody wants to spend money on it. it'd just be a cool way to get ahold of people. if you guys dont want to do it then dont, i didnt put this up to be criticized over.
