9800GX2 vs GTX260

Hi again,

I am a bit confused and would like some advice as which GPU is best, the GeForce 9800GX2 or the GeForce GTX260.

I intend to use the PC for gaming and multimedia applications.

I am asking this as I have read quite a few mixed articles showing different results.

Any help would be much appreciated.

it does beat it in performance, but micro stuttering is something to consider.

I wish I hadn't introduced this forum to micro stuttering... It's already been blown way out of proportion at XS and OCF.

I've never heard mention of it before I described it in Freestyler's thread. Maybe you were aware of it before, but you never talked about it... So it was never considered to be a problem by anyone...
