Bit question

What are your system specs?

Basically, a 32 bit OS will not be able to address more than around 3 gigs of RAM at once. There are tweaks for it to recognize more than that, but it still won't be able to use it all. You need a 64-bit OS to use it all.

No...XP Pro is still 32 bit. There is a 64 bit version of XP, but it's useless because of lack of driver support for it. Get 64 bit Vista if you're gonna go 64-bit.

Make sure your processor supports 64 bit though.
