Are you sure you don't have a circulation problem, somehow cut off by the way you are holding the mouse, and positioning your arm?
 
I Dont think it's just me,i was discussing this with my friends,and when they are using a mouse,the hand they are using it with goes cold...
 
Never noticed my mouse hand get cold. It does tend to get a bit numb after quite a while, though.
 
in general my hand will heat up while using the mouse, and the other one like others have said will remain normal temp. although i give off alot of heat anyways so it will be more than normal temp.
 
Maybe it's an Aussie thing, cause on a cold weekend morning my hand will freeze to death and I have to keep putting my mouse hand in my pocket for a bit to take the chill off it lol...So you ain't the only one!

Mine gets cold, both of them.
They're cold because of the air conditioning, so is most of us. It's room temperature that matters.
