Slowdown

Click on 'Task Manager' and then select the processes tab.

Have a look here to see if a program is using CPU 100%. If you see something that's using all your CPU resource then have a look into it.

If 'System Idle Process' is 99% when your not doing anything then that's ok.
Yes, explorer has been know to the source at times.

fixed the cpu fan error the plug was on the wrong thing it was on a regular fan port so the bios didn't recognize it and also when play world of warcraft it freezes but otherwise it doesn't could the dma addresses be screwed up or something

cpu temp is about 135 f which i dont think is normal

That temp is within range. Those Proc's can max at 70C/158F

Are you sure its your hardware thats causing you to freeze up?

Have you done a fresh install of windows?
