Msn email help?

Hey guys, I'm pretty new here so here goes...

I use Hotmail for my only email, and I keep getting these stupid offers and stuff like monster.com and stuff like that. I really want them to stop, and have my only email be from friends and the like.

I am not really computer smart, with the whole vocab and stuff so maybe if you post a solution, it can be a little dumbed down? Hahaha...
