Quickie- How do delete a file thats 0 bytes?

Dunno how, but i was downloading videos of youtube and somehow i ended up with a 0 byte video. I dont want it, so there cant be any dangers if i delete it. But each time i try to, windows says it cannot read source file or disk.

does it also say that something like "this file is currently in use" or something?

Go in safe mode and delete it, restart the computer, 5seconds after its booted keep tapping F8 and then a menu should come up, highlight safe mode and press enter and boot into safemode and try deleting it.

if its vista right click desktop and click refresh, that should do the trick
